Sales churn still bedevils Advance’s transformation

Advance has put digital transformation at the center of its top-to-bottom reinvention, but it's still plagued by high sales churn – up to 70-80% of its sales force in certain markets, according to the leaders of Advance Local and Advance Central Services. But while sales challenges persist, they also marked strides in video production, social strategy and out-of-market readership growth.
