Tom Ratkovich, who will present the case study, is the founder and managing partner of LEAP Media Solutions. Ratkovich knows that revenue diversification is a strategic imperative for local media companies. Ratkovich has 25 years of consumer-focused marketing, strategic planning and business management experience in the local media, having started and managed two companies that have collectively collaborated with 300+ print and digital publishers to enable strategic audience growth and monetization. He is a past president of INMA's North America Division and is a widely recognized authority in database and digital marketing.

The Key Executives Mega-Conference is a joint effort of the Inland Press Association, Local Media Association, Southern Newspaper Publishers Association, News Media Allliance and the California News Publishers Association.

In its eighth year, Mega-Conference attendance ranges from 700-900 attendees. Most of the attendees are owners, publishers, digital officers or revenue officers of media operations with both print and digital assets, serving their local communities.  A sizable trade show is associated with the conference.
